Dr Trujillo is a very soft spoken kind and knowledgeable Dr. I am a VA patient of his. I knew others who have my problems and surgery was the only option they were given and the stint has been a problem for a number of them. Dr Trujillo initially did every test that was needed to evaluate my particular heart problem. Instead of surgery, he decided on my going with medical therapy for my calcium buildup. Higher dose of Cholesterol pill. He gave me the results of my test Thursday and it has confirmed things seem to be working for me so far. So far does not mean end of story as we heart patients know. He is going to make sure. I will see him again in 6 months. He also reassured me about medication I take for HBP in our session.
